THINXZO BANKS SUCCESSIVE WINS

Thinxzo has returned in a rich vein of form as the four-year-old made it successive wins to start his campaign on Wednesday at Sale.

The four-year-old was too good for his rivals over 1400m after starting his preparation with a barnstorming 1200m win at Seymour on May 21.

"The So You Think breed just gets better with age and the way he has come back I would expect that he can keep winning," Foreman James Brownley said post race.

"Coming from last first-up, and now settling closer today shows a great versatility as we have options on how he needs to be ridden."

O'Brien is having a purple patch with progeny from the gun stallion as the stable has Sass Appeal, Getta Good Feeling, Gold Coast Belle and Porter all by the dual Cox Plate winner.

Jockey Damien Thornton was thrilled to make it back-to-back wins on the gelding.

"He has come back really well and I think he can keep going through grades as both wins have been solid," Thornton said.

Thinxzo's record improves to four wins and four placings from 15 career starts and more than $100,000 in prizemoney.
