EXETER CONTINUES LOVE OF THE VALLEY

Five-year-old Exeter scored another win at Moonee Valley on a feature race day when he proved too good for his rivals in the Country Cup Final over 1200m on Manikato Stakes Night.

Back in March the son of Fastnet Rock also took out a 1200m event on All-Star Mile Day, and tonight's win now makes it that his last two starts at the famous track have both been victories.

The win is the gelding's fifth of his career and takes him past $300,000 in prizemoney earnings.
