Punters support Running Tall

Boom youngster Sepoy has been the punters’ fancy in Blue Diamond betting over the last week, however, Running Tall has been the major market mover.

With the withdrawal of second elect One Last Dance from the race, Sepoy’s favouritism has strengthened with punters seemingly wanting to back him to win outright, or throw him in doubles.

One punter took a $6,000 double for Sepoy to win the Blue Diamond/Black Caviar to win the Lightning Stakes at a price of $2.68.

Seopy is unbeaten in three career starts.

The horse he beat last start in a Blue Diamond Prelude, however, has been the one to make waves with TAB Sportsbet Fixed Odds.

Running Tall, pictured above running third in the Maribyrnong Trial Stakes, was second to Sepoy in the Prelude and punters have been quick to support him, with his price being slashed in half since the performance.

A steady stream of money has been going on Fixed Odds betting for Running Tall since the run on Saturday, February 12.

The Patinack Farm Blue Diamond Stakes is being run this Saturday at Caulfield.
