O'BRIEN'S THINK TANK OVERFLOWING

With a demolition of her rivals at Sandown on Wednesday, Gold Coast Belle added her name to stunning group of So You Think sired fillies in Danny O'Brien's yard.

O'Brien has said previously that the dual Cox Plate Champion was one of the best horses he has seen, so it's no surprise the Melbourne Cup winning trainer loves finding progeny of the superstar. 

O'Brien's So You Think horses include recent Group winners Sass Appeal and Getta Good Feeling, as well as recent city winner Porter. Now Gold Coast Belle will be looking to follow in the footsteps of her stablemate at stakes level.

"We have a really nice crop of So You Think fillies and this girl is no exception," Racing Manager Jack Howard said post race following her win.

"She was very impressive today and it's great to get a city win on her pedigree for (owner) John Wheeler, and now the next step is to try add some black-type."
