Danny O’Brien will chase a clean sweep of Adelaide’s three-year-old Group 1 races after November Dreaming booked her place in next month’s Australasian Oaks with a dominant win at Racing.com Park on Thursday night.

The daughter of Tavistock was sent out the well-supported $1.90 favourite in the 1600m Class 1 Handicap and didn’t disappoint punters, improving from midfield under Craig Williams to claim the lead inside the final 300m and quickly put four lengths on her rivals.

Stable representative Tom O’Donnell said November Dreaming would relish the step to 2000m in the fillies’ showpiece at Morphettville on May 2.

“She was super, it was definitely the performance we were after with her,” O’Donnell said.

“She’s gone so well, we’re looking at taking her over to Adelaide for the Australasian Oaks.

“She’s stepping up each time and answering our calls.”November Dreaming’s win came seven days after boom colt Russian Camelot won a Benchmark 64 Handicap at Pakenham by an astonishing seven lengths, booking his place in the South Australian Derby.

John Allen has been booked for the ride on Russian Camelot in the Derby.
