JETT'S TRIPLE TREAT
Jett Smash is building an exciting profile for his connections after he secured his third straight win at Pakenham on Thursday evening.
The son of Brave Smash was courageous in the testing conditions as he held off all challengers to be victorious in the 1200m Benchmark 0-64 event.
Danny O'Brien's Racing Manager Jack Howard said the three-year-old was quickly becoming a stable favourite.
"He is a tough horse that just wants to win. He was there to be beaten tonight in those conditions, but he just refused to let anyone past him."
Howard said despite his past two wins being on Soft 7 rated track's the stable was confident the gelding was better on top of the ground.
"He gets through a wet track well enough, but we are confident you will see a better horse on top of the ground."
The former Kiwi now has three wins from his four starts, which included a luckless debut run.
