HOROWITZ GETS HOME

Horowitz broke through for his maiden win in strong style at Bendigo on Saturday at his fourth race start.

The Written Tycoon gelding has returned in good form this preparation, with this win following up his first-up third.

While for jockey Ben Thompson the win was satisfying as he tries to re-establish himself back in Victorian riding ranks after a stint in Singapore.

"It's great to be back riding for Danny, he gave me a lot of opportunities as an apprentice and it's excellent that I can return and start riding winners for him," Thompson said.
