Well bred colt steps out at Werribee trials


As second season sire Star Witness continues to put his name in lights through the breeding barn by siring winner after winner, interested on-lookers kept a close eye on his little brother who stepped out at the VRC trials at Werribee this morning.

The Blue Diamond and Coolmore winning stallion's half-brother Doctor Zed (Medaglia D'Oro/Leone Chiara), pictured, showed nice ability in his trial, which was his first for trainer Danny O'Brien.

O'Brien also trialled Group 3 winner Miss Rose De Lago and recent listed placegetter Bullpit. To view all VRC trials click here
